Well… I didn’t hesitate that a free critique would lead to it  Prices are affordable, by the way. $100 for a career starter, $195 for a professional and $275 for an executive. However, I didn’t find the information about online profiles, letters etc. Did they provide these services at all? I only found out later.

As they already had my resume, I emailed them to find out whether it was possible to get a cover letter too. The answer was yes; it goes for free with resume writing. During the interview the next day we discussed my goals and background, and the writer got down to work. The consultation was quite brief and didn’t take me long.

Quality of writing and support

There’s a phone number and email to get in touch. When I haven’t received the package in four days, I decided to give them a call to find out about the progress. I didn’t get in touch at once; I called three times until I reached them. I was promised to get a resume in 1-2 days. It looked like they didn’t have a proper customer support. I asked the writer to edit a cover letter, and he only agreed to make minor changes and added some personal details. Was I able to use this resume? Yes. Did it present me in most favorable light? Don’t think so. Though everything looks okay, it could have been done much better.
