Usability

I would say that this resume writing service gives enough information regarding how to place orders and how the entire process works. The only thing I don’t appreciate is excessive quantity of testimonials. I don’t like to read that and to be quite honest dare think those testimonials are not real. But it’s only my personal opinion and I can be mistaken. Another thing – it would be great if they provided a more detailed explanation of their services.

Support

Customer support is available between 8 am and 8 pm, phone lines also work only within these hours. I think having live chat option to get small issues sorted instantly could do good to this company. And of course, it would be amazing if they worked round the clock and not during business hours.
