The site doesn’t offer support via live chat. There is a phone number, but I managed to contact the support via phone only once. The second time the support was unavailable via phone. One more opportunity to contact the support is to fill in the special form, indicate your email and the question you would like to ask. I think that live chat would be more convenient and faster.

Quality of Paper

I received my resume within 5 days, as agreed from the very beginning. However, I had some issues as for the quality. I expected that my resume will look like those samples from the Internet. Nevertheless, it looked like a quite ordinary resume. The formatting was well-done, but to be honest, I expected for something more.

Conclusion

The overall impression from this site is not bad. The design and the menu are quite simple and easy in navigation. The support team works not bad, but it would be much better if the live chat would be available. As for the quality of the resume, I can say that I was not impressed much. It was good, but not the way I expected. Probably, I will choose another service next time.
