Usability

A website pleasing to the eye – this is how I would describe it. I did like the fact that they provided detailed explanation of how exactly the things work when you order resume writing or other related services. In addition, they specify what exactly each package they offer includes, so there will be no surprises later.

Support

These resume writers work every day but only from 9 am to 6 pm. As the company is Australia-based, time zone matters. Since I’m not from Australia, it was inconvenient for me to contact them because when I could reach out, they would no longer be available.

Price

A person like me, straight from university in search of the first job would be interested in graduate resume packages. Bronze package would cost me $139 and it would only include resume writing. Silver package at $179 would include resume and cover letter writing, interview coaching, and e-book about job search. And the most expensive package in my category – gold package – would cost $329 and include resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile writing, and interview coaching.

Speed

The process is as follows: you order resume, schedule over-the-phone consultation, provide your existing resume, and then after all this is done, you need to wait for 3-5 days to get the documents ready. After they deliver the completed files, they give 5 days to request amendments if necessary.

Quality

Obviously, I simply would not be able to use the service. First of all because of the time difference – when I wake up they go to bed.

Conclusion
