Usability

So here, they sell resumes, cover letters, follow up letters, and LinkedIn profiles. To be quite honest, I can’t say that this website was somehow different from other websites I checked, it’s just a usual website. I’m thankful they took care to answer my questions without necessity to contact customer support – I could find all information on the pages of the website.

Support

What I like about this company is that they offer a callback, I can order a phone call at the time that is convenient for me. Also, as they use Skype, there is no need to spend money on communication, no matter which country you are in. For that I’m thankful. One thing that I noticed, they are more polite at the beginning when you are about to place an order, and less friendly later, after the documents are made.

Price

I ordered only resume here, even though I needed both resume and LinkedIn profile. I’ll explain why. Resume writing for professional level cost me $132.43, I chose so-called rush service. However, I don’t really understand how 3 days are a rush. As for LinkedIn profile, I think paying $143.95 for 3 day delivery is too much. Can you believe it? LinkedIn profile is more expensive than resume. So yeah, I only paid for resume and decided to order LinkedIn elsewhere.

Speed

These guys need at least 3 days to complete the documents. Standard delivery takes 5-7 days. It’s not very enough if one is in a hurry. Sometimes you just need to send your documents along with application shortly, but then this website will not be able to help.

Quality

My resume was okay. I think I contributed to that as well, because I actually have things to say about myself and my experience makes me stand out, and also my previous resume was not bad at all, so I just needed to add some info and reformat the resume a bit.

Conclusion
