Unfortunately, you cannot calculate the exact price for your written documents before placing an order. The prices are rather high. The first thing that attracted my attention was a Special proposition. The service offers a full package (CV + Cover Letter + Thank you/Follow-up Letter) for $140.

When I was going to place an order, I faced a problem. Unfortunately, Prime-Resume.com doesn’t offer you a special questionnaire to be filled in and you have to spend hours, trying to maintain your information in a proper manner.

Quality of paper and Support

When it comes to the quality of paper, Prime-Resume.com promises to provide their customers with quality resumes, CVs, cover letters, thank you letters that will be completed in accordance with the latest resume writing techniques and layouts. So they did. The paper was delivered in time and it was written rather professional. Sad to say, they forgot to attach Thank you/Follow-up Letters as it was required in my order. And here the problems began. It took me a couple of days to get a response from Online Support and ask them to deliver the missing parts of my Resume package. So, the Online Support is not available 24/7 and it is rather unprofessional.

Conclusion

Taking everything into consideration I have come to a conclusion that the service is not worth your money. The prices are high meanwhile the writers’ professionalism put the matter to the quality of service. Totally, the service is quite good, but the price for the service is rather high for such unprofessional company. I want to mention, that I still wasn’t applied for the job with this resume.
