I was suffering a lot when writing a resume, because I couldn’t complete it properly and it was taking too much time and energy. I wanted to make the order as soon as possible, that is why I didn’t pay much attention to other options. However, while looking through the site, I decided to order a CV, not a Resume, as CV is much broader and contains more information.

Price Policy

I entered the page called “Discounts”, as I wanted to clarify, is there any possibility to reduce the price and save money, as I had to pay for my CV almost $256. The discount page said the following: “Choose a single service and pay a fair price; or choose a package deal with more than one service in it, and enjoy some of our lowest prices to date. Our service packages are heavily discounted to suit any budget.” However, I didn’t notice any discounts and I had to pay full price.

Quality of Support

The support team works not bad, but quiet slow. Press the button of live chat and you will see the message “Thanks for contacting us. Please complete this form and click Start Chat.” By completing the form, the agent will contact you. However, he replied me back only in a couple of hours.

Quality of paper

The CV was delivered to me on time. It was not bad, but it contained nothing special. The CV was average, and to my mind I was charged too much.

Conclusion

This service is average and offers resumes and CVs of good quality, but do not expect nothing special. In addition, prices are quite high, and I suppose that it is possible to find cheaper service.
